Include your registered email and SchoolMate username. Never send your PIN or password.
- 02We verify ownership
We may email you to confirm the request and protect the account from unauthorised deletion.
- 03Account and content are removed
After verification, we delete the account and associated student and planning data from active systems, normally within 30 days.
Tasks, timetables, syllabus records, notes, progress and generated practice cannot be recovered after deletion.
What will be deleted
Account profile, student profiles, tasks, timetable, exams, portions, syllabus, notes, learning records, preparation progress and saved AI results associated with the account.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained only when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution. Protected backups expire through routine rotation.
